Solution

Download the files and perform the following instructions.

To install the files on the target computer

  1. Close all other applications and log in as Administrator.
  2. Download the files to a temporary directory.
  3. Backup old files for each user of that system:
    • Navigate to the Local Settings directory, usually
      C:\Documents and Settings\local_user\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2004\R16.0\enu\Template\PTWTemplates\Support

NOTE: Note that you will see your login name in place of local_user.

    • Locate and right-click adsk_ptw_image_and_idrop.js, click Rename on the shortcut menu, and then enter a new name (for example, adsk_ptw_image_and_idrop.js.bak).
    • Locate and right-click adsk_ptw_list_of_drawings.js, click Rename on the shortcut menu, and then enter a new name (for example, adsk_ptw__list_of_drawings.js.bak).

  4. In the temporary directory, hold down CTRL, left-click and select adsk_ptw_image_and_idrop.js and adsk_ptw_list_of_drawings.js, then right-click and select Copy.
  5. Navigate back to C:\Documents and Settings\local_user\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2004\R16.0\enu\Template\PTWTemplates\Support right-click, and then click Paste.

After you have replaced these two files, you will need to run Publish to Web for each project that you created using "List of Drawings" and "List plus Summary" template.
